Hyderabad: India skipper Virat Kohli was all smiles when he dispatched Liam Plunkett for a maximum in the fourteenth over during the third T20I on Sunday. It was his version of helicopter shot to emulate MS Dhoni which brought a bright smile on his face.
Plunkett bowled a widish delivery just outside the off, which Kohli deposited into the stands. The outrageous shot brought a huge smile expressing his surprise.

Earlier, England rode on opener Jason Roy’s 31-ball 67 to put up a challenging score of 198-9 on board in their 20 overs. It was a fine comeback from the Indian bowlers as it looked like the hosts would manage to get around 225-230. India's all-rounder Hardik Pandya was the wrecker-in-chief, finishing with 4/38.
India chased down the target with ease, with seven wickets in hand, thanks to an unbeaten century from Rohit Sharma (100 off 56 balls).
The opener stitched valuable partnerships with Kohli (43) and Pandya (33*) to help the visitors win with eight balls to spare, and clinch the series 2-1.
The two teams will lock horns again when the ODI series begins in Nottingham on July 12.
